A WORD FROM OUR DIRECTOR

Our mission:

The management of Snežnik, through adopted measures and set by personal example, is dedicated to following standards of quality, thus contributing to the consistent improvement of quality systems and the successful operations of the company.

Our goals:

to ensure stable and profitable operations thereby guaranteeing social security for our employees in a geographical area offering few employment opportunities;
to focus on the specific range of products and services that we are strong in;
to expand our production and sales programme with the aim of achieving the maximum exploitation of the company's own raw materials base and the achievement of optimal economic results;
to facilitate the timely, accurate and high-quality production of the sales programme of the corporation;
to penetrate and acquire new prospective markets in which the company name will, as an exporter within the European Union, be synonymous with the quality of its products and excellent relations with its customers;
to expand the scope of sales to foreign markets;
to establish interest and capital links with companies involved in the forestry or primary timber processing sectors;
involve all employees in the control of quality and consistent improvement through reinforcement of activities such as training, internal communication, teamwork and self-initiative and
to simultaneously update equipment and attract young personnel to the company.
